Summary
This is how you enabled diagnostic logging on the iXM-100 / iXM-RS150F camera
In-Depth
1) Connect the camera to your computer and open Capture One
2) In Capture one on the "Camera Settings" tool set the "Diagnostics" slider to MAX value.
3) Close Capture One
4) Put a CFX card into the camera and start "iX Capture"
5) The logs will be written to card. Only the latest power cycle will be recorded so you have to make sure to have diagnostics logging enabled during any problem.
6) You will not be able to look at the content of the log file. Send the log to phase one support support@phaseone.com and we will troubleshoot with you.
