Processing 4band imagery right from IIQ to TIFF results in bluish imagery. Increasing the exposure of the NIR in Capture One 12 before processing leads to more color accurate imagery.

The NIR is a red color wavelength of light. Increasing the exposure of the image results in more red appearing in the combined image. 
Simply Auto-adjusting the NIR in Capture One 12 lends enough exposure change to get better results.
 
You can select all images by pressing CTRL + A and then press Auto. Make sure this button is highlighted to apply changes to all images.
