Summary
Getting log files from the MSI Multi Spectral Software is done as descreibed below

If the software display error messages or other events happing during calibration process or when capturing Phase One Support may ask for log files. The path to find them are the following:
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Phase One\Rainbow MSI\logs
Note the following that the MSI software will by default be installed under C: > Program Files (x86) > Phase One > Phase One
Rainbow MSI 2.3.
The application data will be installed under User > AppData > Local > Phase One > Rainbow MSI.
This folder contains the logs and the saved recipes.
Note that the AppData folder and its content are hidden by default on Windows!
