Summary
After installing a new version of iX Plan it installs alongside a Sentinel LDK which then gives an unknown error everytime the software opens.

iX Plan comes with USB (HASP) Hardware protected dongle. In order to run iX Plan the dongle needs to install a driver.
Please make sure you are installing and running the latest version of iX Flight. You can find it for download here: https://www.phaseone.com/download-categories/geo-software/
If the error message is about the dongle support, please reinstall the HASP driver. For this please open the power shell and enter: the following command and press enter: .\haspdinst.exe /i
