Summary
When I launch Capture Pilot I am instructed to purchase the Camera Control App. However when I do I get the message.You cant purchase this. You must first purchase the app that this item is for before you can purchase the item.
In-Depth
To solve this ensure that you have deleted the app of your iPad / iPhone.
Once App is deleted from the device, delete it from itunes also to avoid conflicts in the future.
Note: Make sure you are not connected to itunes over cable until completely done with the steps above)
After those steps are complete:
- Go to Settings of your ipad/iphone
- Go to "Store" make sure you log-in with your apple ID, if you already are, then logout and log-in again
- On the iPad/IPhone
- Go to "App Store"
- Search for Phase One and "buy" the free application Capture Pilot
- This will now download and install.
- Once it has installed you should be able to buy the add on for camera control.
