Contacting Your Local Dealer
Find your local dealer on our website via this link. Phase One's dealers and distributors around the world are all trained in our products and they will be able to answer the questions that may arise.
In order to respond quickly to your request or question please provide your local dealer with all relevant information. For instance: Send images or send screen dumps that illustrate the problem and specify which equipment you are using.

Capture One Manuals
The user guide is an online resource that is in-depth on all the features and tools of Capture One. Workflow is covered, however the User Guide is primarily designed to explain every facet of the Capture One tools, interface, options, etc. A printed manual is not available from Phase One. There are online user guides and PDF manuals available for download here:

Phase One provides various user forums on both english and german. These forums are available for all kind of users. Some of the forums are provided in coorporation with our dealers of the Capture One software. Note this is primarily a user-to-user forum and is generally not the fastest route to a solution. If you have purchased your Capture One software at a dealer, please contact that dealer for help and support. The dealers are all trained by Phase One and are extremely knowledgable in the software. Most issues such as a crash, a freeze, or lockups, can be resolved very quickly this way. Otherwise, please create a support case via the Capture One website at the Support page by clicking "Submit a Request".
