SUMMARY

Most computers ship with a 1Gbps NIC (and not a 10G card) and this means that many SFP+ modules will not connect properly in a mixed NIC speed environment.

Make sure to check the spec of your computer network interface card (NIC) to find what transfer speed it provides you.

Below is a list of verified hardware to use for iXM 1Gbps Direct-IP connection where there is no switch or hardware between camera/computer.

(For direct-IP connection make sure you set the correct IP and netmask on both computer NIC and Camera, a default gateway is not needed.)
